Frequently Asked Questions

Do you accept insurance?

No. I will not file an insurance claim form for you. Clients are expected to pay the full amount at the beginning of each session. However, I will give you a superbill, which takes the place of a claim form, after each session. If you wish, you may submit this superbill to your insurance carrier for reimbursement. The amount of reimbursement varies according to your insurance contract. Some insurance carriers will reimburse a percentage of your fee. I recommend that you call your insurance carrier to verify your coverage and reimbursement percentage prior to your 1st session. Please click here for the list of fees.
